POSITION TITLE :

Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Inirus, LLC is a global IT professional services company located in Santa Clara, CA providing staffing and IT solutions to our clients. Our West Coast operations are growing and we are looking to add an experienced Business Development Executive to the team

If you have prior experience in selling IT staffing and managed project services, we would be interested in speaking with you.
This position involves:
Calling on your relationships to identify staffing and project opportunities.
Mining existing customer base for staffing and project opportunities.
Work with hiring managers to obtain open job requisitions and work with our in-house recruiters to fill them.
Maintaining manager/employee relationships with consultants assigned to respective clients.
Networking in the IT marketplace to identify additional new business opportunities.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a strong phone presence and excellent face-to-face presentation abilities. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of IT staffing sales experience, although candidates from other sales related fields are invited to apply. Our successful candidate will have superior one-on-one and group oriented people skills, good knowledge of technical staffing industry, excellent written communication skills, and proven telephone, closing, and objection-handling techniques.

This position will be a blend of inside and outside sales activity, scheduling client visits whenever and wherever required, and selling both on the phone and in person is equally important.
